- Preparation of monthly financial statement (Income Statement + Balance Sheet + Trial balances).
- Ensure general ledger, subsidiary ledgers, other financial records and schedules are accurately maintained
- Prepare report about the actual & budget revenue.
- Analyzing projects (Revenue + Cost).
- Follow-up projects and the completion rate.
- Processing Invoice for the projects.
- Reviewing Sister Company Sales Report & Matches.
- Prepare quarter’s reports.
- Reviewing and approving all monthly reconciliation (Banks, receivable and payable, etc …)
- Responsible for payment cycle and accruals
- Reviewing Payroll, accrual payroll, employee receivables balance.
- Responsible for posting all the entries and adjustments on ACCPAC ERP system
- Preparing for all financial documents and answering all inquiries audit team.
- Finishing the Financial statement auditing with auditor.
