Responsibilities:
‐ Prepare, negotiate client interim payment application and ensuring all additions, omissions, deductions and retention are applied as per contract. ‐ Prepare subcontractor payment certificate.
‐ Review quantity takeoff.
‐ Review, analyze project documentation to notify for any potential variation orders.
‐ Valuation for variation orders after analyzing drawings, other documents, preparing cost estimates after discussing with different departments and project management team.
‐ Provide commercial advice to project management team to support proper decision making. ‐ Responsible for reporting project commercial status (payments, VOs, amendments).
‐ Negotiating and settling subcontractors final accounts.
‐ Ensuring timely updates of all commercial logs.

‐ Prepare, review client invoices .
‐ Prepare subcontractor invoices.
‐ Review Quantities .
‐ Prepare subcontractor and Client Estimate To Complete Reports.
‐ Prepare Monthly Work Preformed Report.
‐ Preparing site material request, subcontractors contract request.
‐ Preparing, Negotiating Variation Orders.
‐ Approval of materials according to project specifications, drawings.
‐ Attend commercial meetings.
-Review Structural Workshop Drawings including form work drawings & detailed
reinforcement drawings with bar bending schedule.

Project: New Orbital Highway Bridges, Qatar.
Responsibilities:
‐Preparing fully detailed reinforcement and formwork shop drawings for different parts of bridge, preparing bar bending schedule

Project: Mae Moh Power Plant, Thailand.
Responsibilities:
‐Preparing fully detailed reinforcement and formwork shop drawings for the power plant, preparing bar bending schedule.

Project: El Obour mall project, Obour city.
Responsibilities:
‐Tracking site works
-Guide subcontractors to achieve the required targets
-Providing field team with detailed structural shop drawings required for finishing works
-Coordination between different works drawing, preparing time schedule for new projects in tender stage.

Project: Dallah Vision Barrier, Nasr City.
Responsibilities:
‐Preparing shop drawings, Calculating quantities, preparing sub‐contractors progress bills.
