• Planning, Installation and Maintenance of Local Area Networks including physical layout of all types of cables like UTP, coaxial cables, and fast Ethernet Switches, Hubs and Routers etc.
• Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware

• Server clean-up and maintenance for all hosted server in BIOS on daily/weekly basis. Escalation to Group IT Manager support if any major issues found.
• Coordinate with ISP internet related support for office users and retail boutique
• Monitoring logs Firewall / antivirus and maintaining user computers on MDM, Taking necessary action if needed depending of computer status/condition.
• Salesforce/BI and AX data validations and data synchronize checks from AX to Salesforce/BI and daily postings.
• Data update and bulk movement related tasks, stock images updating in AX/Salesforce/MOL/Website
• Retail report preparation for KSA boutique and office users as needed from Salesforce/AX etc.
• HRMS attendance report preparation for KSA boutiques and office
• Support for Argus server and report generation from Argus system for Finance
• CCTV / Security system management for KSA H.O and boutiques, coordinate with supplier if any technical issue or error.

•Interconnection & Configuration of Cisco Switches and Routers to support LAN and WAN Services.

•Designing and Implementation of TCP/IP Networks including VLSM and Subletting of networks.
•Computer Hardware Assembling, Installation & Troubleshooting.
