Responsible for supporting the GM in management of the entire branch operations, and to meet the performance and profit goals. Performs under the general direction, varied and at time difficult, sensitive and confidential office administrative and secretarial support functions for the GM.
Responsible for all correspondence throughout the office, personnel and company accounting and finance, customer meetings arrangements, sign off outgoing proposals and quotations, shipping and receiving to and from customers and vendors domestic and abroad, develop routine reports to CEO, and attendance check.
Responsibilities included personnel development, Import/Export sales and follow up, business forecast and planning, and consulting with the GM.
responsible for all sales issues and cash in and out.
