Act as an information management/data focal point for the Durable Solutions Unit.
-Develop reports and infographics using available data from field surveys, Information Counselling and Legal Assistance (ICLA) databases and other sources to highlight legal, protection and other trends relevant to NRC’s Core Competencies (including Education, Shelter and Livelihoods).
-Liaise with IM Officers in NRC country offices to collate data relevant for durable solutions, protection and return trends and developments from ICLA as well as from other Core Competencies.
-Provide presentations on data trends and analysis to MERO, Country Offices (COs) and external stakeholders, including UNHCR and other agencies.
-Assist with data inputs for research products under regional MERO grants, particularly the UNHCR funded research project.
-Provide advice to MERO on effective usage of digital technology within ICLA programmes including the use of databases, GIS, apps, social media or other technology for ICLA service delivery to beneficiaries
-Provide technical support to IM Officers in Syria, Iraq, Jordan and Lebanon as necessary.
-Archive and backup database systems; ensure the security of databases; perform database administrator functions.
