* Review the request for quote, study project specifications & submitting quotations.
* Selection of the best engineered ventilation fans from Greenheck, based on project specification at a competitive price for residential and commercial building units.
* Assist in project negotiation & finalization.
* Ensuring submission deadlines are strictly adhered to.
* Generate technical data sheets, preparation of technical compliance and submittal for the project specifications for different type of ventilation systems.
* Follow up with the customer to ensure that the quote was received, answer any questions and identify when an order may be placed.
* Provide technical support to Contractors/ Consultants/Clients till utmost satisfaction in order to obtain new projects and orders.

* Responsible for planning of daily activities and supervision.
* Managing manpower for efficient working and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
* Coordinating with various representatives to ensure completion of work within the stipulated time.
* Check the status of maintenance and repair work and prepare reports.
* Prepare quotations for repair work and invoicing completed work.

* Planning and scheduling activities.
* Carry out Proactive Maintenance activities as and when required.
* Manpower management for efficient working and job completion.
* Keeping track of the inventory and responsible for availability of materials required for the job.
* Modeling of products to be fabricated using AutoCAD when required.
