Reporting to the CEO with the following responsibilities:
• Implementation of eleven strategies of Quality System Basics (QSB) Improvement Lean Program in coordination with General Motors Egypt Co. (GME) till successfully certified for both plants.
• Preparing & implementation of quality (TS-16949), environmental (ISO-14001), safety (OHSAS-18001)systems.
• Training, developing & evaluating 2 Plant Managers, 6 Engineers, 12 Supervisors & 40 Technicians.
• Identifying best practices for improvement in all departments and monitoring implementation.
Reporting to the General Manager to develop and manage all the matters pertaining to quality improvement, quality assurance, quality (ISO 9001), environmental (ISO-14001),
safety (ISO-18001) and food safety (ISO-22000) systems with the following responsibilities:
• Conducting internal & external audits as well as monitoring the implementation of the ISO systems.
•Modifying the programs, forms and work instructions as needed and required by Coca-Cola Co.
•Identifying the different areas of operations that need improvement and monitoring implementation.
• Monitoring feedback to customer complaints and application of corrective and preventive actions.
• Owner of Document Control, Environment and Occupational Health & Safety processes.
Reporting to the General Manager representing all the matters pertaining to quality control, quality assurance, quality (TS-16949), environmental
(ISO-14001) and safety (ISO-18001) systems with the following responsibilities: • QSB (Quality System Basics) Project Manager in coordination with General Motors Egypt Co. & Pac
Group Consultant till successfully certified in March 2010.
• Conducting internal audits, management reviews as well as implementing the ISO systems.
• Conducting raw material control, quality control operations and finished product inspection.
• Owner of solving customer complaints and applying corrective and preventive actions.
• Managing 3 Managers (QA, QC & HSE), 8 Engineers, 12 Supervisors and 70 Technicians.
• Training, developing & evaluating the Managers and Engineers.
• Continuous improvement of process and products.
Representing all the matters pertaining to marketing, finance,
purchasing, production, quality, maintenance, environment, safety and sales with the following responsibilities: • Monitoring & controlling all the day to day operations.
• Achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales target.
• Conducting raw material control, quality control operations and finished product inspection.
• Solving customer complaints and applying corrective and preventive actions.
• Training, developing & evaluating the Engineers and Technicians.
• Continuous improvement of process and products.
Position of Quality Engineer and Internal Quality Auditor reporting to the Quality Manager to develop and manage quality program designed to ensure products consistent with quality standards. This included inspection of
raw materials, process and finished products in addition to implementation of ISO 9002 and 14001 systems.
Reporting to Research and Development Manager to develop and manage research and development programs designed to ensure products consistent with required
specifications.
