* Responsible for looking for bringing opportunities and for managing the full negotiation and close process with clients from start through to the finish:-
• Field visits to new hotels and sites to work on the work of stainless steel and Corian through their requirements.
• Direct field visits to procurement managers and officials to determine their need through a discussion in the scope of our business by manufacturing cabins, roofs and others.
• Meet the site engineer and the engineer of materials and quantities and all those related to our work to verify that there is a real opportunity to work on the project.
• Study the specifications, plans, and schedule of quantities for each project and determine the type of work and the availability and possibility of manufacturing with the discussion of the engineering drawing officer to see the required designs and sizes as well as the factory manager and discuss it in the required technicians and specifications and availability and time spent to implement the project in the quantities mentioned.
• Make a bid after reviewing the quantities of materials and the direct cost of the project as well as taking into account the market price and the competitors expected to make offers in the same project.
• Review the price offers and contracts for projects with the different departments and before sending them to the customer if necessary.
• Negotiate with the project manager or owner about the bid and the total value of the business as well as negotiate the method of payment and try to find the most appropriate ways to secure the payments due with the nature of the policies and procedures followed by the main contractor or contractor to carry out the work.
• Carry out follow-up work and cover the required procedures with the consultant engineer and cover his requirements of samples and provide an engineering fee and credentials to complete the sale with all departments until the completion of the process and obtain the order of work after receiving our accreditation as a source of resources and the adoption of materials provided by us to the consulting engineer.
• Deliver the work order or contract to the financial management and follow up the processing of an internal work order for the factory and follow up the implementation work with the factory until the supply and installation are done in a timely manner.
• Follow-up the customer in making financial payments in accordance with the terms of the contract or the completion rate of each project and ensure that the supply and installation process is completed satisfactory to the customer and maintain the quality of the relationship with the customer and satisfy him as much as possible.
• Improve and develop the relationship with contracting companies and design and decoration offices and try to collect potential sales opportunities for them.
• Work to develop relationships with targeted engineering consulting offices to achieve greater sales opportunities through our previous business funds.
• Work to create a good and strong relationship with kitchen exhibitions, equipment companies and hotels and communicate with them to follow up on the presentation of samples within their exhibition.
• Work to follow up and improve relations with hotels and major restaurants as well as food and beverage companies.
• Help the financial management in carrying out financial collection work from customers.
• Improve continuous customer relationships before to create new opportunities for sale.
