- Ensure all commodities and goods are well organized in the stock

- Draft the weekly & daily work plan of the department staff
- Liaise with security advisor in HQ for security follow up in the area
- Tracking of all staff when on field for security issues
- Attend weekly UNHCR security meetings with the PM in order to follow up on all security issues
