o Following up with Governmental agencies and other relevant parties and securing required licensing for New stores
o Ensure that all employees comply with Government Regulations and UAE Employment /Labours Law. Identifying, recommending and updating company administrative procedures to comply with requirements of the labor low
o Coordinate issues related to new recruits on matters ensuring visas, and all relevant documentation required for legal purposes.
o Excellent working knowledge of all the Government regulations and UAE Employment Labours Law
o Maintaining and ensuring that all legal requirements such as national and municipal regulations are adhered to, communicated to management and actively monitored
o Managing the daily activities of assigned personnel, ensuring effective performance of duties, motivating and optimizing morale
o Handling tenants & investors contracts in coordination with lawyers
o Participating in the Country Committee for Store Development
o Ensuring effective implementation of policies and procedures covering administrative activities designed to secure and protect the company 's business interests and compliance with regulatory requirements and standards
