Duties
• Operation, Maintenance, Inspection, and Repairing of many brands of land Based Radar.
• Managing, reporting, data analyzing and data quality issues from all reporting data sources of RADAR in the automation systems
• Working in many air bases for more than 10 years with a lot of systems
• Liaise between Technology and expertise for identifying and clarifying new intelligence needs.
• Determining direction of recruiting, training, and development for staff and handles personnel-related issues.
• Ensuring and developing appropriate methodologies, policies and procedures to deliver business solutions.
• Providing analysis and recommendations to senior management regarding strategic plans for associated technology portfolio including cost/benefit of updating or adopting new technology.
