• Develop L&D function strategy and policies in-line with the organization strategic goals to develop, deliver, and implement blended learning solutions.
• Identify training and development needs through TNA, stakeholder’s feedback and associates IDPs, etc..
• Supervising the development of training programs.
• Develop; monitor the team objectives, conducting appraisals and support for any arising gaps.
• Establish L&D key metrics and analytics to gauge program effectiveness.
• Implement various learning methodologists (e.g. classroom sessions, coaching, online training, etc.).
• Lead and develop a team of learning professionals with high performance and effectiveness.
• Maintain relationship with SMEs experts and vendors.
• Develop and execute management and leadership programs.
• Design L&D annual budget, fund approvals.
• Monitor the development of the training materials and provide recommendations.
• Develop effective induction programs for existing and new joiners’ associates.
• Supervise nationalization programs curriculums & contents in-line with organization’s needs.
• Attending career fairs and selecting internship candidates.
• Manage annual training plan and training facilities utilization.
• Design and develop Motivation programs in-line with company’s strategy objectives
• Handle and monitor the associate’s development across 6 countries.
