Job responsibilities :
Planning and Scheduling the Project ( Primavera P6 )
Controlling and monitoring activities (Updating & following up the project & the payment progress)
Creating daily, weekly & monthly reports & monthly presentations & KPI’S
Coordinating all sites
Reviewing the contractor's progress and status reports
Preparing monthly Invoice Certificates (Reviewing interim payments and invoices for contractors to insure they meet the contractual requirements)
Reviewing and submitting quantities, taking off sheets according to contract and B.O.Q.
Negotiating with the contractor on the submitted variation orders to reach an agreement (4 variation orders about 300 million SR )
Receiving and handling daily correspondences, and responding to relevant client/contractors consequently
Documenting control for submittals ( prequalification - materials - shop-drawings - as built)
Reviewing and following up material procurement plans
