Provide support of multiple applications SARIE, GTEX, Core Banking, SADAD, Watheeq and Trade App.
Perform application health check to ensure system availability/stability.
Renew the certificates of local Applications.
User access management.
Ensure that regulatory requirements are followed when doing maintenance/updates for local applications.
Keep business team up to date with new applications features
Participate in establishing SARIE and SADAD systems.
Project manager of SARIE digital backup solution (1st bank implemented solution).
Supporting multiple applications SARIE, GTX, SADAD and T24.
Ensure system availability during business hours and perform a daily health check.
Providing incident report for major issues.
L1 support of SARIE OS AIX and Sybase.
Working in a project at Alinma bank as IT quality assurance.
Writing test Cases & Test cycle execution for multiple Apps (online banking/smart , phones, Tadawul web/Smart, T24, ATM, ICAS …) .
Responsible of testing projects, changes and new requirements.
Strong Communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
Reviewing Test Scenarios and obtaining signoff.
Responsible for providing test estimation, scope and test plan.
Writing test Cases & test cycle execution for multiple Apps (AlJazira online/AlJazira, , smart, Online Corporate, Cashier, BPM, Cortex and Equation).
Responsible for functional testing activities and ensure the applications working as, , expected and report the issues to the concerned.
Worked closely with development and business team to ensure that test scope, , meets the requirements.
Lead the team and make sure the mechanism of work progress as required.
Distribute tasks to the team members according priority and ensure they are, , closed within SLA.
Monitor networks performance in all branches and escalate it to the vendor if any, , interruption observed.
Responsibility to respond all users’ inquiries received by email and take the, , necessary action.
Install and configure computers hardware, operating systems, applications, , , printers and IP phones.
Troubleshooting system and network issues and solve hardware and software, , faults.
Monitor ATM machines 24/7 to ensure availability.
