I work now at HalalaH (E-Wallet) Company as Manager of Customer care department
and Social Media .
- I am responsible for the customer care department and part of the social media team
and fraud team as well .
- I report directly with SAMA's Consumer Protac. Department Complaints .
- Supervise day-to-day operations in the customer service department.
- Create effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
- Hire and train new customer service agents.
- Controlling the entire department's functions & work flow.
My job involves being around the clock and following up on weekends, holidays and
official holidays because the department is working 24/7
