Senior System & Support
Engineer
➢ Monitoring network performance and
troubleshoot problems, ensure network
o connectivity of all our client's
servers, workstation's, equipment's,
and other networks appliances.
➢ Online Help Desk Engineer Provide support to
customers via Ticketing Systems, telephone, email
and remote control.
➢ Dealing with the Datacenter and the WAN
o connection for all the clients.
➢ Secondment as a full time at one for 2030 KSA vision
