• Manage the recruitment function logistics (both Saudi’s and Expatriates) at the group level. Identify and plan current and short-term future manpower needs. Assess and select Recruitment Agencies (local and international) and negotiate contract terms and conditions. Screening & Processing interview procedures, and reviewing recruitment policies and procedures periodically.
• To head the recruitment section and provide advice on recruitment strategies, procedures, legislation and planning. In addition, develop an annual plan of recruiting in/out of kingdom to ensure that all divisions within NWC will meet their manpower requirements. Furthermore, to handle the transfer of seconded employees to NWC. Finally but not last is to ensure conformance with Saudization plans to keep the requirements of legal and labor laws.
• To act as consultants to projects by giving the support and guidance to other Divisions within the Sector in order to deliver the projects. In addition, to have the full accountability of handling projects that needs a project manager in different areas.

Research and develop HR related projects that is inline with the organizations business plans along with ensuring Saudia Catering adherence to the Kingdom's workmen and Labor Laws and to make sure that policies, procedures and guidelines are set and implemented. Finally, to handle the project assigned for reorganization in preparation to privatization.
My roles was to process all recruitment formalities including receipt of application, arrangement of records, screening interviews and arranges work visas and coordinate with agencies for hiring local and external candidates. In addition, to handle all personnel affairs with concerned sections in respect of day to day work in accordance with the policies and procedures. Last but not least, controlling Saudia Catering Manpower Control Number (MCN) system, and ensure that's inline with approved departmental budget.
This section Controls and monitor personnel files and prepare & process contracts surveys, salary increments surveys, issuing staff service certificates, staff vacations, MCO, promotions, increments, transfer, and terminations, documents of new hires (Internal and External) Visa's letters, final exit employees and prepare various business correspondences.
