Heading the marketing team for both project The Avenues - Riyadh and Khobar.
Main tasks include:
- Strategy planning for the marketing team.
- Oversee and direct design, visual, and audio content for the two projects.
- Oversee and direct all digital media content.
- Create PR content for the two project, and coordinate publishing.
- Manage marketing team, deliver KPI's, performance reports to management.
I play two roles in Wa'ed - PR Rep & a Trainer:
PR & Marketing Rep:
- Source, plan, budget and execute marketing plans (including digital marketing plans).
- Plan, manage and coordinate corporate events
- Create KPI's and monitor department performance
Trainer:
- Create training content for workshops provided by the center
- Deliver variety of workshops all in the field of startups & business development. So far provided training to more than 1600 females and males; at more than 20 workshops around the Kingdom.
Tasks & Responsibilities: - Overall Coordination of the special training projects includes Trans-On Job
Training, Site Induction Program and Technology Specific Vendor Training. - Assist in identifying training
and development needs within the organization. - Assist in developing effective induction programs
and orientation sessions. - Provide logistical support, course development, delivery, evaluation, process
measurements, and cost management. - Generate periodic status reports for all projects and present them to
different management level of the organization.
(as an SMP with Al Yamama Group) Tasks & Responsibilities: - Supervised the team of help desk
(attendance, leaves, productivity and reporting) - Controlled maintenance tickets created by Aramco
employees (users) through CRM, distribute them to the team members and monitor the performance -
Developed a system for booking of all 60 conference rooms in Al Midra Tower (Dhahran, SA) on behalf
of the Aramco users, and the minatenance of these rooms and resources - Established a tracking method
to monitor the status of each CRM ticket received by users • Major Accomplishments: - Promoted from
an Admin Clerk to Team Leader of the help desk operation within the first 4 months. - Created a new
system and design for the “KIOSK/Facility Directory” used in “Al Midra Tower” in Aramco. - Awarded
“Achievement Appreciation Award” by the “Office Service Department” in Aramco.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Creating, planning and executing marketing plan for the center including (budgeting)
- Organizing and executing multiple marketing events for the center in different locations
- Designed the centers publications and executed the printing and distributions process
- Provided full PR Services to the center from A to Z
• Major Accomplishments:
- Held a successful promotional campaign at AlSeef Bazar, resulted in increasing the center's new registrations percentage up to 50% from what the center used to have.
Tasks & Responsibilities: - Managed the Fund's publications and media - Controlled
correspondence between the Fund and other organizations (Embassies, Ministries and other businesses) -
Involved in developing the website for the fund and the electronic news letter
