Identify existing planning platforms
• Assist in analyzing the particular policies which may serve both the host community and migrant and refugee interests
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure their cooperation with the project, participate in information and knowledge sharing, and encourage their participation in various awareness campaigns at the community level

• Facilitate working group discussions around 1) priorities and progress against work plans; 2) recommendations to be discussed at the dialogue table level; 3) problems and possible solutions identified through the assessments, working groups, and FGDs, with the aim of mapping out the corresponding action points to address them
• Minute action points and recommendations that are to be followed up in successive meetings - their resolution and completion monitored by the project team
• Facilitate community handover events through community mobilization, awareness-raising, and the transfer of ownership to local stakeholders
• Seek co-financing arrangements specific to the activities that emerge from the dialogue tables
• Maintain photos and reports on all sessions, meetings, and site visits (community volunteers list, minutes of meetings, monitoring reports, site-visits reports, close-out reports, etc.)
