 Assist in the Baseline Schedule Preparation & Resource allocation in EPC (DBO) Projects.
 EV Monthly Reports, to be submitted to Top Management.
 Prepare & review the Project Budget.
 Assist in making revised schedules and programs for VOs & EOT.
 Review and assess the Cost & Time Impact of the VOs or claims.
 Prepare & review Payments of SCs.
 Control the cost occurred in the project, to be according to the budget and allocated in the proper cost account (Petty Cash - Contracts - PRs & POs of Materials, equipment, …etc).
 Daily, Weekly & Monthly Progress Reports.
 Prepare & assist the PM in making letters & claims to the client, Consultant, SCs.
 Prepare & Update the Look Ahead reports.
 Monitor & identify any issue, risk, or delay could be happened at the project.
 Prepare & Review Projects' Payments to the Client.
 Prepare cost forecasts and cash flow projections based on project progress and trends.
 Attend project meetings and provide input on financial and scheduling matters.

􀁸 Follow up the E1 & E2 Logs.
􀁸 Monitor & identify any issue, risk, or delay could be happened at the project, to take the applicable preventive & corrective actions.
􀁸 Assist in reviewing VOs & Claims in the project.

Handling Various projects:
- Reviewing all Projects documents & Authorities permits, according to the project phase.
- Meet the owner requirements with respecting all stakeholders.
- Prepare, Review, Update, & Follow up Projects time & Cost schedules and its Reports.
- Coordinate between all involved parties and arrange the Communication Matrix.
- Monitor & identify any issue, risk, or delay could be happened at the project, to take the applicable preventive & corrective actions.
- Review the strategy and method of permanent construction works, Quality Plan, and Health & safety Plan submitted by the contractor.
- Manage the VOs & claims in the project.
- Testing, Commissioning & handing over.
- Review the projects cost estimation & Budgets. Review & Approve contractors / consultants / suppliers payments  Ensure the conformity of the
documentation systems applied in the project including the submitting logs.
- Periodical Progress meeting arranging and following up.
- Evaluate & check the coherence of the Architectural, Structural, & Services Drawings & Designs.
- Prepare & Review the monthly project construction and engineering progress.

Managing Kuwait Investment Authority Head Quarter “Ex. & Int. Stone Fixing”
project (around 4.5 Millions KD).
- Coordinate with other contractors for the shop drawings and site works.
- Daily Follow-up of the site work.
- Make or review drawings and computer structure models.
- Develop & revise designs with the project specifications.
- Check and evaluate design and material specifications.
- Monitor works finishes quality.
- Solve site work problems and structural as built obstructions.
- Submit the required tests according to specifications and codes.
- Participating in costing new tenders and projects.
- Attend progress meetings.
- Submit the project invoices and assist in the annual finance report.

Quality Assurance Engineer:
- Making procedures and forms according to Quality Standards (both Arabic & English Procedures
- Reviewing or Developing the procedure with its forms - e.g.: Contracts Procedure, Filling Index System Procedure, Scrap Selling Procedure, Project Quality Plan Procedure, Delegation of Authority Procedure, etc.)
- Reviewing CGC Quality Manual to be compatible with the new Quality Standards.
- Participating in preparing MRM & its presentation and attending it (April 2012)
- Participating in Internal audits
- Participating in the Surveillance Audit (April 2012)
- Participating in Customer Satisfaction Surveys.
- Review & develop RACI Charts for the Company Departments with/without the PWC consultants.
- Participating in implementing the ERP in the company.

 More than 20 villas were designed
manually after training 2 months
 Modelling big project in STAAD, designing
& comparing STAAD design with the
manual design.
 Participating in supervising some work
sites (Mosque and Villas).
