• Review plans and specifications for machinery and equipment to ensure they meet safety requirments.

• Setup and implement preventive maintenance plans for drilling machinery, light vehicle and trucks, lifting equipments, generators and auxailary equipments.
• perform maintenance activities for equipments and machineries in accordance to preventive maintenace and breakdown techniques.
• Monitoring spare parts through out availability, requisition and cost control.
• Evaluate Overall Equipment Efficiency(OEE) and KPI’s, determine the requirments for improvments.
• Devolop technical training packages according to standards.
• Review health and safety performance and ensure complies with policy and health and safety regulations.
• Lead Preventive maintenance crew.

• Participate in built up new premises for producing oils and grease furthermore installing new machines, tanks with inspection by (NDT) and all mechanical / electrical installations, ensure commitment with health and safety regulations and standards.
• Assist experts installing new equipments and machines furthermore commissioning.
• Implement health and safety plan in accordance to health and safety standards (OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001) and legal requirments.
