Job Responsibilities:
Prepare the yearly budgets of the company setting the operational and financial targets and observe the actual results to determine any variances and take needed corrective action on time.
Prepare and review the financial statements of the company as well as the eturns and dealing with the insurance company to assure the safeguard of company’s assets and products.
Hold the responsibility of controlling the company's revenues and expenditure.
Follow-up company collections from its customers according to contractual agreements.
Deal and negotiate with banks to secure credit facilities to the company.Lead the operational departments in negotiations with suppliers, customers to reach the best possible deals.
Collaborate with the Director of Sales in contracting with new agencies through local and international exhibitions and conferences.
Oversee, follow up and evaluate the company’s personnel performance in all departments through performance reports to determine and correct weaknesses or suggest any necessary replacement action to the senior management.
Represent The company before any governmental agencies and banks.
