Working in Ericsson at Egypt.
Efficiently Manages the Communication between Company and Operator Task owner.
 Enforce The Application Of Site Forms Within The Site Engineers Material Request Form, Material Return Form, Site Safety And Quality Form, Etc.) And Any Other Documents Required Finalizing The Site According To The Required Specification Of The Client.
Prepare sites acceptance plan and Report with correct Action to clear all Snags.
 Managing Implementation Tasks From IE Till Acceptance Achieved.
Provide The Management with Periodic Reports on Engineers, Contractors And Supervisors Performance & Quality Reports based on Quality Index for all Tasks & performance improvement.

3-Core Transmission Engineer|Mobinil Operation Working in Egypt (from december2012 till June2014)
Working in Mobile operator at Egypt.
Schedule Acceptance Plan for New TX. Equipment inside MSC.
Recover any fault that needs a quick physical action to recover Equipment in mobinil MSCs (enhance network KPIs via a better MTTR*).
Avoid single *MSC site isolation due to unforeseen risks.
Perform daily on site activities to maintain Network health & availability.
L1 activity inside Mobinil MSC (Craft terminal for ALU USY & Craft terminal for ALU ADM &PNMT (For NEC MW)& Trouble shooting (DXX8100/DXX8600) Maintenance tasks.
Support (SDH Tasks) installing Config & Trouble shooting Nodes Management & Synchronization Based on DCN Plan & maintain actions As (Swap sites creating Circuits & Monitoring Network Performance & troubleshooting & move maintenance Teams to recover problem).

Subject of the project: TX First line (SDH Equipment) 1-install &comissioning new sites &swap old sites & IP MICROWAVE SWAP (VODAFONE PROJECT )(HUAWEI EQUIPEMENT) .
2- SWAP &COMISSIONING MOTORROLA, ALCATEL SITES TO HUAWEI EQUIPEMENT (MOBINIL PROJECT) .

3- CIVIL WORK & 3G PROJECT (ETISALAT MISR)

4- TECHNICAL AUDITING FOR CIVIL WORK(HUAWEI, ERICSSON)
