- Interpret meetings and gatherings held inside the school from English to Arabic and vice versa.
- Help clarify any ambiguities between the school staff and Beaconhouse staff.
- Translate faxes, circulars, and memoranda received from ADEC and Abu Dhabi Education Zone (ADEZ).
- Help in some administrative tasks such as exam supervision, data collection, survey handling, and typing.
- Opening Brokerage accounts for investors.
- Opening E-trade accounts for investors.
- Receiving any queries or complaints regarding operating the Brokerage accounts or E-trade accounts including technical support.
- Sending Trade Today bulletin via fax or Email, and sending Statements of accounts to clients via fax or Email.
- Controlling incoming faxes and distributing them.
- Receiving buying or selling orders from other branches and making sure that they are executed.
- Sending Order Entry Forms for company staff or those required to have one to both Abu Dhabi Securities Market (ADX) monthly and Dubai Financial Market (DFM) weekly, then make sure that no orders entered before receiving the approval.
- Keeping regular correspondence with Oman branch regarding the new opened accounts and new E-trade accounts opened for their clients.
- Controlling the Files Room by holding the keys and allowing the authorised persons only to access the files.
- Acting as a settlement officer regarding issuing Trading Accounts and transferring shares from and to Clearing, Depository, and settlement department (CDS) in both ADX and DFM.
Special Assignments:
- Translating and designing the Account Opening Form for the company from Arabic to English.
- Translating and designing the E-trade Agreement from Arabic to English.
- Translating the official website for the company from English to Arabic.
- Designing the Account Opening Appendix for the company.
- Copyediting and proofreading of the Quality Manual, Service Level Agreements, and other forms and applications.
