water projects design and installation supervision for :
1. Upgrading Jazan main wastewater pump stations (MV/LV switchgears, MCC, Genset, earthing system)
2. 14 lift pump station in Jazan rural area (LV Cabling, MCCs and MDBs, ATS, Genset, earthing system).
3. Jazan - Aldarb & Shogheigh, Jabal Gease, Al Karma booster Pump station ( Cabling, MCCs and MDBs, ATS, Genset, earthing system ).
4. Jazan water directorate Aldarb branch administrating building( LV Cabling, Transformer, MDBs, low current sys, lighting sys, earthing system).
• managing and coordinates project's tasks and activities
• Executes corrective and planned maintenance schedules
• ensuring budgetary constraints and arrange strategic spares availability to cope up with the maintenance requirements
• Ensure all work are compliance to legal requirements, contractual and organizational requirements
• Planning, coordinating and supervising pumping station operation and maintenance
• Maintain pumps operating within it's appropriate curve points
• Provide training for Operators/Technicians with regard to equipment operations and maintenance and safety precautions and procedures.
• Direct and assist activities of maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
• Develops and enforces safety and operating rules and procedures
Achievements
water projects design and installation O&M for :
1- installed Electromechanical system (80, 000 m3/d), with 5No×650 m3/h pump station, , MCC with soft starter Schneider, Omron PLC plant control and monitoring.
2- expanded and modified lift station control system to applying functions for network Control valves, flow meters, indoor actuators and field devices.
• Estimate, prepare and assign the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, tools etc.
• Interpret construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards.
• Manage directly and provide engineering and technical supports to the electrical work groups at site.
• Coordinate Consultant’s representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works.
• Submit site daily reports, inspection requests and all applicable monitoring reports.
• Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.
• Directly responsible for the safety of all electrical groups’ personnel of the project .
Achievements :
1- installed MEP systems for PIU Compound at Khartoum New International Airport.
2- Installed generators power station and LV overhead line in rural area .
• Identify the nature of technical problems to maintain production line without downtime
• Provide assistance to the production Manager with internal process as needed
• Installing and testing, motors/control production line.
• dealing with PLC systems, DCS, Process Control Systems, operation and troubleshooting, monitor and follow up maintenance programs in accordance with the agreed standards.
• diagnosis incipient faults and undertake immediate action, write the daily maintenance reports.
Creating scope of work, estimating work cost and time line, making wiring system drawing, communicating with clients, insure the work is performed in away satisfied the client
