Undertaken Tasks:
Ensure that KEO’s QMS is effectively implemented on all projects.
Carry out internal audits and spot checks on KEO Infrastructure projects in Doha in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 requirements, QMS documentation, relevant documentation, and Internal Audit Program.
Establish Project Quality Plan and procedures/parameters in conformance with company policy and client requirements.
Provide training to project team on QMS and PQP.
Monitor/audit compliance with internal QMS process against defined parameters.
In the event of non-compliance, identify corrective action, organize management reviews, and identify lessons learned.
Provide regular reports to client on results of internal audits.
Manage risk register.
Ensure Document Controller maintains records in accordance with KEO Infrastructure QMS, client, and contract requirements
Provide support and follow-up with PMs to ensure appropriate action on internal and external audit observations and nonconformities
Inform QMS Manager of issues that may be of a nonconforming nature, and ensuring closed-out audit nonconformity is conveyed to QMS Manager.
Key Objectives of the Job:
- To develop, manage and maintain the Company HSE Systems and Policies.
- To provide functional support to all Projects HSE personnel employed across Marafeq Qatar, covering personnel at sites as well as central organization, including projects HSE & QA/QC Managers.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Verifying the implementation and operation of the HSE & QA/QC Systems, by planning and conducting internal quality audits
• Verifying that the company HSE & QA/QC policy, is fully understood, implemented, operated and maintained
• Review, update and control, the distribution of the Company HSE & QA/QC Manual and related procedures.
• Generate project specific HSE & QA/QC Plans.
• Ensure that all contractual / company and local authority requirements for Health Safety & Environment (HSE) are complied with
• Ensuring adequate training / awareness of company personnel for HSE & QA/QC systems
• Conduct reviews of the approved suppliers and subcontractor’s list
• Ensuring Customer / Clients requirements are fulfilled and appropriate
• Ensure that all subcontractors HSE & QA/QC systems and plans are acceptable to the company as applicable to a contract, and ensure that Subcontractor’s / Supplier’s HSE & QA/QC systems are implemented and effective
• Liaise with the Clients HSE representative, to ensure that all potential and actual quality issues are fully resolved
• Conducting project Risk Assessment / Job Hazard Analysis as applicable
