Consolidated Financial Reporting, Retail & Distribution Group, Alghanim Industries, 2011
• Prepared ‘Early Warning Report’; a monthly rolling forecast of group level performance split across different businesses which was distributed to the Management Team 2 weeks before the financial closing every month.
• Created a Hyperion driven report to consolidate uploaded financial data from different entities at the click of a button for exclusive use by the Management Team to keep tabs on productivity and performance.

• Enabled balance sheet reconciliation across the entire group.
• Collaborated with a team of Chartered Accountants and Financial Analysts and published the first issue of Finance Manual’ which was implemented across the group and included DOA (Delegation of Authority) policies and procedures.
• Contributed in SAP implementation at KIRBY Building Systems Group which is another subsidiary of the Alghanim Group.
• Liaised with the Export Team in the Electronics Group and the Treasury Department in the company to streamline the L/C process and reduce the turnaround time from 175 days to 120 days.
