Primary Responsibilities:
Manages SGS Philippines Facebook Fan Page
o Provides interesting, fresh and compelling content that supports brand positioning and business objectives in coordination with the Communications Manager and Business Managers
o Reviews communication strategies to meet recruitment and business objectives
o Monitors and reviews posts to promote interaction, ensure that stakeholders are well informed and engaged and all queries are addressed immediately
o Shares FB’s best practices and reports to SGS employees
o Injects FB campaigns within the organization’s activities to heighten and promote responsible and strong usage of FB as a tool for the brand and business
o Works closely with the Internet Marketing Team in identifying and analyzing the behaviour and participation within the community in order to develop new campaign to increase interaction
o Handles paid social activity/campaign
Reviews content and monitors the LinkedIn account of SGS Philippines Academy;
Assists in the, and/or initiates, strategic and tactical planning and implementation for:
o marketing communications (all marketing- and sales-related communications, activities, and/or materials)
o corporate communications (internal and external branding activities, programs and/or materials, which includes coordination for organization-wide programs for employees and for the company)
o corporate events (any internal and/or external activity that requires special events management, which includes product/service launches, marketing events, sponsorships and exhibitions)
Assists in the, and/or initiates, development of communications programs, activities, and/or materials for corporate marketing and product/service marketing requirements;
Assists in the implementation of corporate relations initiatives, which includes participation in organizations and/or association work; and
Assists in the planning and implementation in corporate social responsibility efforts
Specific Responsibilities:
Supervises the implementation and maintenance of online media requirements(intranet and website content); and social media tools (FB and LinkedIn)
Supervises and develops the creative and production aspects of specific marketing communications and internal communications programs and/or materials which includes, but is not limited to:
o Advertising; publicity writing and other editorial requirements; multimedia (including online media content); exhibits, sponsorships, and support for events
o Corporate sustainability activities
o Coordination with marketing communications suppliers and partners
Supervises and coordinates specific marketing-related events and programs, which includes sponsorships and exhibitions
Implements and supervises cross-functional marketing programs and projects for sales-oriented campaigns and programs
Coordinates with partners in corporate relations
Handles event management
Coordinates with partners for corporate sustainability efforts
Supervises and maintains communications archives, files, and materials
Coordinates with the National Quality Management Team for the Quality Management System of CorpCom
• Formulated and handled communication plans for internal and external communication
