Co-ordinate orientation programs for new employee, employee assistance, recreational activities, and other employee-related programs in line with department objectives.
Provide orientation to employees on organization and governmental rules, regulations, and procedures, and compliance in line with organizational and governmental requirements.
Assist in the investigation and resolution of employee grievances and coordinate processes of responding to complaints to ensure that issues are handled in a timely and efficient manner.

Supervise calculation of employees' final settlement calculation including the follow-up and completion of formalities with Abu Dhabi Pension Fund.
Administer all approved employee's status change requests and letters, including promotions, salary progressions and salary adjustments in compliance with approved guidelines and policies.
Ensure the payment of all employment contract related allowances and entitlements.
Maintain and ensure approval of the leave management, covering all types of leaves.
Track probationary period status of employee and the implementation of the approved decision.
Ensure the preparation and processing of all type of documents related to employee relations, includes secondee assignment documentation.
Duty Travel Request and payment of per-diem allowance for overseas assignment and assignments within UAE for whether for training or official duty travel.
Maintenance of all personnel data in the central database, including the maintenance of confidential files for all Company employees.
Record employee’s daily time attendance and support all amendment requests.
Administer in identifying gaps in staff competencies and to train and follow-up on the Development of assigned UAE National Trainees/Developees to the section, advise and prepare future requirements.
Keep abreast of organization HR policies, procedures and standards and provide appropriate guidance to employees in line with guidelines.
Coordinate the Employee Relations activities to ensure proper application of the Company's personnel policies and procedures and provide advice and guidance to other Departments on their interpretation, changes in policies or applicable procedures.
Ensure that ER Team complies with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across all operations and support function and all projects, to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.
