Teeba is currently owned by (IDJ) a joint venture between Almarai and PepsiCo, Teeba Investment’s portfolio has included a comprehensive range of dairy products. Today, subsequent to IDJ’s acquisition, the product line has grown to encompass Almarai goods; in addition to a wide selection of juice flavors manufactured under PepsiCo’s juice brand Tropicana.
• Managed Ultra Filtration (UF) Labneh prototype project by working hand in hand with Tetra Pack and guiding them on the needed modifications to make the machine work efficiently. Currently, Teeba is leading the Jordanian market in Labneh taste and quality-wise.
• Revamped Tropicana Juice Factory operations through proper strategic plans and successful restructuring of departments
• Minimized LIP by 5% all through well thought of KPIs
• Managed to minimize machines maintenance budget by 20% due to regular maintenance checks and follow-ups and rearrangement of priorities
• Tropicana Juice factory has been awarded by AMENA PepsiCo a Quality Award during the unannounced AIB audit on October 2017, all due to team commitment and adherence to revised policies and procedures
• Increased plant manufacturing efficiency from 65% to 85%
