IT Systems Administrator - Support IT systems and users

Main ASSIGNED DUTIES:
Financial System/ACCPAC Administrator
SharePoint Administrator
Website Administrator
Archive System Administrator
Government vehicles management system Administrator
Electronic Transformation Project Manager
Real Estate system - CRM - Project Manager
IT Trainer - Providing staff training and instruction manuals for new or upgraded systems
Examine existing IT systems and business models.
Liaising with users to track additional requirements and features
Drawing up plans for a modified or replacement IT system
Assist in the creation of the system design and functional specifications for all new development projects.
Drawing up, supervising and documenting testing schedules for complete systems.
Verify database and data integrity.
Overseeing testing to find problems before the final version of the system is released

Senior IT Specialist
Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
Participate in the design of information and operational support systems
Assist in development and enhancement of IT systems.
Report system downtime and performance issues to Manager.
Ensure to follow standard operating procedures and meet service level agreements.
Creating How-To Documentation
Conduct IT related trainings to new hires, users and technical teams as needed.

Senior IT Instructor - Reporting to Manager
Note: My last position title was senior IT Instructor; my immediate supervisor was Training and Career development manager who was acting Management and IT training supervisor position, so my work was mix between management and IT training duties.

Main Roles in Last Position:
1.IT/SAP Trainer (All In house IT/SAP courses for all company employees (780))
2. Training Specialist and Coordinator:
A. Coordinate all IT courses for company employees (780 employees),
B.Coordinate In Kingdom and Out of kingdom/overseas management courses for company administration division
Coordinate all tasks related to management and IT training of employees with sections managers and departments general managers, work with employees and training provides, work with finance and accounting department on all issues related to invoices payment and Follows up with training providers to ensure that all the administrative related matters are done according to the plan, policies and procedures

3.SAP/IT Systems specialist (SAP HCM, SAP ESS, LSO, EHS, .., SharePoint, MS Office, Lotus Notes, Visio, MS Project, …)


 SAP Projects, updates and Implementations I worked in:
SAP ESS, SAP LSO - Learning Portal (SAP e-learning system), SAP EHS (Incident management system), SAP travel management and SAP promotion system
 IT projects I worked in:
Microsoft Office update (2007, 2010 2013), Windows Update (windows 7), SharePoint Launch (2010 SharePoint and Update to SharePoint 2013), new company website and new library system, which I created.
