-Contacting clients on technical clarifications, order confirmations and payments
-Manage the internal transfers & delivery schedules according to commitments made with the customers.
-Prepare frequent reports for management on sales achievements, market and competitive feedback
The company is a major supplier for a large range of Industrial, mechanical & chemical equipment in the region, my major work includes:
Technical study for our agencies catalogs to know their product range
Make schedules to visit current & new customers to introduce the company & clarify the range of supplies & to solve any technical problems they could face
Receive inquiries (RFQ) from customers
Save them, request for quotations from manufacturers by sourcing unless if we already have an agency
Prepare proposal, Email back the customers with offers
Make a continuous follow up with customers
Improvement & Quality Control Engineer
Company Industry: Radiator manufacturing, as quality & continuous improvement engineer I was concerned in:
Controlling production quality by taking the required data for analysis
Suggest any proper improvement to reduce cost, waste, effort to increase productivity by implementation the 5’S & 7 wastes principles
Measure productivity & MTM for the basic operations
Study current layout to suggest utilized layout & design new tools that could increase productivity using AutoCAD
Make sure that the measurement tools in the factory are well calibrated
Studying the Effect of Modifying elements on Al-Si alloys as team using the research facilities available at the university for one academic year.
