General duties :
- Analyze the credit applications (relating to Corporate, Commercial & SME clients) by reviewing financial capacity, business profile, industry position, repayment capability, collateral adequacy, Account conduct etc.
- Analyzing financial statements in order to evaluate credit quality and portfolio risk.
Resolving any irregularities in transactions with relationship managers. -
- review and ensuring that credit applications are in-line with compliance credit policy, regulatory requirements, procedures of the bank and highlight exceptions if any.
- Prepare Credit Risk Appraisal Summary / detailed notes with appropriate recommendations for approval, rejection or amendments based on credit analysis.
- Credit monitoring and Follow-up of Regular / Irregular accounts, and Updating and Checking of various portfolio and regulatory reports.
General duties :
1- Analyze current credit data and financial statements of individuals to recommend the appropriate credit decision.
2- Determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending credit for individuals desiring to acquire personal finance.
3- Prepare reports with sufficient credit information for use in decision-making (I've undertaken the responsibilities of monitoring the personal loan portfolio (similar to " A Risk Management duty" ) and in the process several precautionary actions have been implemented by my side to detect and deter any negative bad lending to reduce the overall bad debt percentages of the retail portfolio).
