Responsible for leading the sales team in implementing the company's market plan to achieve annual branch budgets while being accountable for each branch's ROI. I am responsible for developing and maintaining Enegya's market channels, monitoring and controlling the collection, and ensuring Energya cables are pre-qualified in utilities and consultancies. Additionally, I oversee the entire LV, MV, and HV tendering process, including bid and performance bonds issuance and reclamation process, as well as commercial negotiation. I also handle administrative tasks with the Ministry of Commerce, finance, and Work to ensure smooth operations. My ultimate goal is to ensure service levels are met until product delivery, and the company's revenue targets are achieved.

• Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods as per CNG standards and manufacturer’s guidelines, basis IEC or NEMA standards according to the stations manufacturer.
• Organizing maintenance service schedule as per standards, and allocating work as per WBS.
• Writing maintenance plans to help with installation and commissioning guidelines.
ACHIEVEMENTS:
• Planning, installation and commissioning 2 CNG car gas dispensing stations including high power electrical motors, soft starters & drivers, power distribution boards and control panels, PLCs, gas and flow sensors, pneumatic actuators, and solenoids air compressors, also high pressure (>300 bar ~4500 Psi) seamless tubes, pipes and fittings.
• Managed, monitored and developed Electric and instrumentation technicians through several technical training courses, which lead to higher productivity and management acknowledgement.
• Prepare, documented and conducted technical courses for fresh engineers thereby facilitating efficiency and efficacy.
