Designing and monitoring of daily/weekly/monthly analytical reviews of churn trends, churn dashboards & competition.
Forecast & assess effects of various ATL & BTL retention programs.
Coordinating with customer service, information technology, finance, billing, sales, Training, and communication.
Achieve the yearly churn targets for Prepaid within the assigned retention budget.
Work with the team on building the required financial assumptions for any business case.
Work closely with the data warehouse team for development of various churn reporting models and daily, weekly and monthly reporting tools and weekly presentations,
Handle all communication channels utilized for retention/loyalty programs, i.e. Call Center, Direct Mail, SMS, Website.
Closely work with the outbound team for the execution of various outbound calling programs (Health check calls, required insights and loyalty program).
Closely work with the Market Intelligence team for various studies and market intelligence for identification of customer satisfaction, customer behavior towards churn, and customer response towards various campaigns of retention/loyalty to identify the consumer needs.
Handling all Vodafone business roles into huge accounts in Qatar
(Carrefour, Al Meera, Safari, Jarir Bookstores, Al Meera Bookstores, Qatar Consumptions Complexes, Food Palace, Quality Group, Spinneys, Al Rawabi Group, Masskar Group)
Manage more than 60 branches overall Qatar regarding customer satisfactions, stock delivery, Vodafone kiosks
Handling 15 sales representatives in Vodafone kiosk which present inside Carrefour and Al Meera
Open new key accounts
Prepare presentations for any new promotions and products apply by Vodafone
KPI’s achievement’s for all Vodafone products on a monthly basis and yearly as well
