Directly supervise and organize the operations ofthe Litigation Department.
Manage a team of lawyers and staff, assigning cases and evaluating performance.
Review legal memos, briefs, and lawsuit statements before court submission.
Provide expert legal opinions on complex disputes and represent GAM before various courts.
Advise senior management on settlements, appeals, and legal risk assessments.
Evaluating the performance of department employees and submitting reports to senior management.
Preparing annual plans and department objectives.
Following up on the execution ofjudicial rulings issued in favor of or against Greater Amman
Municipality.
Coordinating with other departments to provide necessary documents and information for cases.
Communicating with judicial authorities and external lawyers.

Providing legal counsel and advisory services to the centers departments and units.
Reviewing and drafting contracts, agreements, and Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) forthe center.
Rendering legal opinions on cultural activities, programs, and initiatives.

Identify performance indicators (KPIs) for legal work and ensure alignment with national laws.
Preparing periodic reports on progress and the legal challenges associated with planning.
Ensuring the alignment of strategic plans with applicable laws and regulations.

Representing the Greater Amman Municipality Council in lawsuits and defending the municipality before
various types and levels of courts.
Providing legal opinions and advice on various topics related to legal cases.
Following up on cases pending before the courts and attending hearings.
