1. Supervise 4 employees in the GOSI & Medical Insurance section:
a. Responsible for the over-all ccentralized GOSI operations for Al-Suwaidi Group (8 business units )
b. Ensure the updating of GOSI & Medical Insurance records.
c. Maintain close co-ordination with the GOSI and the Medical Insurance Company to ensure proper registration process of Al-Suwaidi employees.
d. Ensure that all GOSI and Medical Insurance files are properly maintained.
e. Ensure all Al-Suwaidi Group employees are registered, deleted on time and without any delay.
f. Ensure timely payments for GOSI and Medical Insurance.
g. Ensure that all requested injury reports are recorded and reported to GOSI for Injury Claims and GOSI treatment.
h. Monthly record reconciliation between GOSI, labor office, HR and payroll records.
2. Supervise 4 employees in the Employee Relations section:
a. Ensure that all employee grievances are being solved.
b. Handles Disciplinary issues
c. Supervise all activities of the Employee Relations day-to-day services including, certification of services, and issuance of letters to Al-Suwaidi employees.
d. Ensure full compliance with HR Policy and Procedure for processing assigned services such as school leave, paid leave etc.
e. Monthly meeting with project management heads to discuss workforce issues, improve the morale, avoid problems and find solutions.
f. Weekly meeting with my employees to discuss all matters and solve all pending.
g. To maintain excellent relationship with the Labor Office by ensuring that Employee Relation Policies & Practices do not violate the law of the labor office.
