• Review the Manpower plan and prepare the recruitment plan to be aligned with the projects phases.
• Partner with business on organizational design and succession planning.
• Effective execution of monthly payroll and salary changes exercises take place on focal point into Payroll and update GOSI register.
• Provide support to Human Capital Business Partner - KSA by handling C&B related tasks.
• Review of ongoing benefits and compensation processes, and obtain approval for changes to compensation and benefits at the country level including all employees’ expenses and allowances claims such as relocation, mobile, schooling, medical insurance as per company policies at the country level.
• Allies with regional Total Reward team in the participation of annual market compensations and benefits benchmarking surveys by providing all required data.
• Prepare salary fitment sheet for new hires and internal personnel transaction such as promotions, transfers, change in entitlement or benefits as per company policies.
• Localize the company policy to adhere to Saudi labor law including Compensation & Benefits policies to support company operational and strategic initiatives and meets local legislation
• Answer employee queries on compensation and benefit matters.
• Support all internal and external audits related to payroll.
- Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
- Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
- Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks
- Member of recruitment team to select new staff & short listing candidates.
- Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
- Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
- Collect, process, prioritize & communicate relevant employee data in a timely manner.
- Acting as Key Person to solve Personnel Quarries for both the Internal and External Customers.
- Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval
- Handling the medical insurance, addition, deletion, etc.
