Motivating, developing and directing staff as they work and Identifying the best staff for the job. Fulfill all reporting requirements of all relevant company rules policies and regulations. Develop methods to improve security policies, strategies, processes and practices and recommend changes to management. Ensures safe and cost effective operations.

Reports to Preventive Security Director and is responsible for the smooth, efficient and timely activities in accordance with official communication and department procedures ensuring general satisfaction. Monitor/Direct and supervise the complete activities of staff/departmental administration.
