Following the acquisition of Noble Energy Assets in June 2020, joined Chevron Merger and Acquisition team to manage acquisition and integration activities for Noble. Supported Egypt as a new country entry for Chevron Upstream and worked with complex and challenging external stakeholders (e.g EGAS and GANOPE).
HR Manager for an organization with existing Legacy Noble marketing employees, integrating with Chevron. Leveraging Chevron downstream presence whilst having all technical resources (exploration and wells) based in Houston to maintain a lean, but effective in country team with considerable organizational and teaming complexity.

• Lead advisor for expatriates’ relocation, immigration, and cross-border issues in coordination with service providers. Work with business partners in Global mobility to plan and execute 25 expats assignments (LTA, STA, Rotational …) in 2022 ensuring smooth relocation and permitting process.
• Engage with GSC to source service providers for expatriates’ accommodation and in country services required to assist expatriates assignments
• Partners with functional managers to ensure implementation of HR strategies in compliance with corporate policies and, provide necessary HR management tools and programs. ensuring superior and consistent execution and implementation of all HR programs, processes, and tools.
• Supports and guides out-of-country exploration team, wells team, finance, supply chain, commercial etc. teams on EGAS/ GANOPE HR requirements and with country expertise.
