• Partners with functional managers to ensure implementation of HR strategies in compliance with corporate policies and, provide necessary HR management tools and programs. ensuring superior and consistent execution and implementation of all HR programs, processes, and tools.
• Supports and guides out-of-country exploration team, wells team, finance, supply chain, commercial etc. teams on EGAS/ GANOPE HR requirements and with country expertise.
• Partner with Corporate HR to ensure that HR services, policies and procedures for Egypt and total reward provided are competitive and meeting employee needs and are in line with local labor laws and market trends.
