Achievements:
▪ Process Automation for Lease Requests Workflow, 2016: The paperless workflow was my suggestion to the Managing Director when I assumed the responsibility of the Credit Department in Plus Leasing. Capitalizing on my solid experience in automating credit approvals workflow in many international financial institutions and as Head of Credit Department, I promoted the project from the drawing stage until the successful implementation and launch of the fully automated workflow. The automation shortened the turnaround time of credit approval to less than one third of the previous SLA enabling the sales team to compete in fast-paced financial services market.
▪ Assets portfolio volume, 2016 & 2015: The portfolio was EGP 30Mn in outstanding contracts. After two years of assuming the responsibility of the Credit Department, the portfolio is currently exceeding EGP 500 Million coupled with significantly higher quality in analysis, write-up and streamlining of requests \[near zero defaulted clients (0.12%)\]. This success is achieved through dedication, hard work and deep technical and executive knowledge.

▪ Manage, monitor and analyse Lease Portfolio in economic sectors and other concentrations

o Managed project of automation for Credit Requests Management (CRM) on corporate level of the bank, from draw-down stage till the successful inauguration. o Turn-around and elevation of Borrowers Portfolio Status. At my assignment in current post, the status of the portfolio needed immediate remedy in terms of the volume of expiries, pending renewals, stacked new relationships in flow, with no tangible - if any - database reflecting status. The turn-around is evident in: The creation of a task-force responsible for renewal, new relations, increase of credit requests. Set out a prioritized short-term plan to carryout missions with a critically defined timeframe. Creation of a sustainable full bundle of databases relating all periodical management reports. Daily close follow-up and step-by-step assessment with progress continually reported to management.
