Job Duties:
1. Responsibility for management of social media presence on all relevant platforms
2. Update and enhance all social media Tools; Face book, Twitter, and other blogs and social media channels.
3. Maintain good relations with the customers through social media
4. Make daily and monthly reports for social media insights.
5. Collaborates with Digital Division Director and other team members to create and deploy highly effective SMO programs
6. Measures, analyzes, and optimizes programs to achieve marketing goals
7. Develop and manage online marketing campaigns for well-known brands effectively driving brand awareness, engagement and traffic to social media pages.
8. Conveys the long term and short term vision of the marketing director to the internet marketing supplier and makes sure the campaign is being managed accordingly
9. Stay updated and tuned to worldwide modern techniques and methodologies to offer the best services to clients
10. Works closely with project managers to furnish needed resources and follows up on quality and deliverables
11. Conducts continuous readings to the analytics data and makes decisions and recommendations accordingly
