Identifying the patient
Preparing patient’s file including the surgery consents and insure all the required Documents is met
Escorting the patient to in patient department
Revising and completing the surgeries files for the coming day
Preparing the new admission sheet and communicate with the following departments (Nurses, Doctors, Insurance, Lab and OT) department
Calling the patients to ensure that all investigations have been done prior of the procedure
Discharging patients and inform all departments if any additional procedure or plan changing has been done
Preparing the daily/Monthly KPI reports and statistics of the procedures for the management.
Precisely and accurately interprets critical medical advice and information given by the physician into equivalent terminology in the patient’s native language
Translator patient education information as specifically requested
Establishes and maintains quality service and positive interaction with all patients, visitors, health care providers and clinical employees
Maintains strict patient confidentiality
Participates in educational presentations and IVF education
Greeting patients when they enter a medical office, clinic or hospital.
Gather information from patients upon patients' arrival by having them fill out forms
Registers patients by verifying that patient's record is up to date and accurate. Makes appropriate changes in computer system and on patient's chart
Responsible about incoming and outgoing mail.
Answers telephone and either responds to inquiry
Enters confidential personal health information and financial information into computerized system with a high rate of accuracy. Complies with federal and local laws in ensuring patient privacy
Scheduling clients for upcoming doctor visits and follow-up the appointments.
Collects payment from patients, applies payments and adjustments to patient accounts in the computer system and reconciles daily cash reports
