4. Scheduling Export Shipment and Outbound Loading
5. Coordinating with the logistics department in execution of shipment documents to the customers which include Letter of Credit, Commercial Invoice, etc. and ensure that all documents meet export regulations
6. Arranging for needed containers based on details applied, client's shipment schedule and involved in cargo freight claims where applicable
7. Coordinates inter-departmentally with the Production, Quality and Logistics Departments
8. Adhere all ISO procedures and work instructions
9. Provides continuous communication to customers about their orders or samples
10. Preparing a daily report to the Top Manager and the Chairman

12. Attending International Food Fairs like Anuga Fair 2013 in Cologne-Germany
