BP's tiered response structure
• Promote BP's annual Pulse survey and prepare a summary for Egypt
results and come up with an action plan
• Implement and embed the new Communications policy and standards in Egypt Region and design local procedures to be aligned with the
Policy and Group-level procedures
• Manage BP Egypt intranet
• Coordinate the BP Egypt intranet for all departments
• Develop and update the BP Egypt CEA website (on intranet) on a
regular basis
• Organize townhalls meetings
• Provide backup support for other team members as needed.

• Provide inputs to Corporate Communications media such as: • Horizon magazine
• BP magazine
• BP global external website: bp.com website
• BP global intranet: OneBP

• Coordinate the Egypt Region's annual Helios Awards programme
promotion, applications and process
Other C&EA Functions
• Assist in drafting and issuing Press Releases (including drafting,
reviewing translation, verifying with the Legal department, media
circulation, etc.)
• Assist in drafting media responses for a BP Egypt specific project
(gathering input from all relevant teams, obtaining Legal approval,
editing, etc.)
