• Responsible for all aspects of Site Team administration management reporting to Team Directors.

whether by approving, rejecting or transferring the
manuscript.

Take required security precautions when candidate arrives for testing.
Respond to temporary crises and difficult situations; e.g., technical malfunction. Act as representative of AMIDEAST/Prometric and proxy for the testing client.
Ensure that various data communications are successfully completed.
File irregularity reports for unusual situations and handle follow-up with clients.
Assists in testing unit duties ( paper & pencil test registrations, score distribution)
Registers candidates for paper and pencil examinations and computer based examinations by accurately collecting, entering and verifying candidate information and payment information.
Proctor TOEIC and ITP exams to internal and external clients.
Submit a full report following any event or testing administration regarding policy violations, conflicts, and any minute issue that occur during the test administration.
Process local registrations for iBT, GRE, and GMAT and ensures that examinees test dates are confirmed.
Accurate data entry of SAT registrations on to transmittal memos.
Revise SAT registrations with testing team under leadership of Testing Coordinator
Assist in the preparation and distribution of SAT admission tickets and scores.
Work with selected Test Center Observers to disseminate SAT examinations to testing centers.
Work with testing team to verify SAT testing materials upon their arrival from testing centers to ensure all materials have been received and accounted for. Maintain test security and integrity.
Coordinate none ETS paper based and on line exam activities, staffing and work closely with client to meet and exceed customer service levels, and maintain test security and integrity.
Records statistics necessary for business process improvement.
Research customer issues and concerns and respond where needed
Assist and participate in fairs to promote testing products.
