I was part of a team working on the first SAP implementation project in Electrolux Egypt. Implementation scope
was the service center with fifteen branches and franchises.

Service Center SAP implementation project

 Responsible for the SD, CS, MM SAP modules.
 Self-studying for MM SAP module.
 Customer service and sales business process analysis.
 Business process gap analysis.
 Business process documentation.
 Demonstrated different business cycles through customizing SAP best practices.
 Vendor meetings and assessments.
 Study integration architecture between SAP and different systems (Oracle, Call center)
 Mentor fellow business analysts in area of systems functionality and processes.

 Worked as a project manager for different post go live enhancement SAP projects.
 Working with business in different areas to identify, plan, and build business cases to enhance business processes and implement it on different systems.
 Prepare detailed functional specifications for development activities including reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms.
 Participate as the technical expert in the identification, design, configuration, testing, and debugging different types of systems.
 Participate in all phases of testing for planned implementations; including review and modification of testing scenarios for business processes to adequately test performance of different systems.
 Respond to and drive resolution of production support issues.
 Play a supportive role in training business staff on the effective use of specific new business systems and enhancements during implementation.
 Evaluate and analyze the impact of configuration or process changes across different systems.
 Work on applying segregation of duties in user roles.

 Restructuring SD organization structure to comply with new business model.
 Implemented the SD part of the vendor to customer direct sales process (Drop Ship sales).
 Customized the Credit Management process according to credit business needs.
 Led the analysis and development of online customer quotation and ordering project.
 Managed the integration between different web applications and SAP.
 Worked on SD version upgrade to ECC 6 project in Egypt.

 Quotation Management system for Projects and Services (i2C)
- Was responsible for the configuration part of the project including business analysis, development for web
application, testing, and documentation.
- Application was acknowledged in Schneider trophy program.
- Application was implemented in Schneider Colombia.
 Quotation Management system for Transactional business (PO2)
- A complete renovation project for the quotation and order management process.
- Project included business analysis, development for a web application, testing, user guide and technical
documentation.
 Worked on a web application for project management (Milestone)
 Developed an application to manage company’s Letters of Guarantee
 Worked on a project for company’s timesheet reporting
