• Develop and implement the internal communications plan that drives employee awareness & motivation.
• Develops, delivers and manages effective internal messaging and communications to employees through multiple channels primarily on behalf of management. (Mail, bulletin board, PC wallpapers, awareness sessions, etc..)
• Work in direct collaboration with the marketing department in providing consistent messaging that aligns to strategic plan and branding.
• Work under Human resources supervision on effective communications to employees on policy, procedures, and information and general announcements.
• Ability to independently create and develop written communications in a timely manner to meet announcement deadlines.
• Work in collaboration with executive management in the preparation of messaging from executive leaders and business units for internal employee messaging.
• Develop and publish company announcements
• Coordinate, communicate and facilitate company town hall meetings, employee meetings and materials preparations
• Employee handbook materials preparation and printouts
• Develop employee awareness campaigns
• Develop and share the employees social events (birthdays, new baby, get well soon wishes)
• Manage and update company intranet
• Liaise with Company various functions to gather company news to be cascaded on the regional level
• Maintain effective relationships with representatives of media and press reporters
• Preparing internal and external communication materials including Press releases, editorials & internal Quarterly newsletter
• Generating press & media coverage for all products & events
• Managing Nissan website (update, maintain, reporting traffic, etc..)
• Planning & execution for all company events, press conferences, Motor shows, product launches & opening new dealers premises
• Reporting all PR activities to Nissan Motor LTD., Japan On monthly basis
• Reporting marketing expenditure to Nissan Motor LTD., Japan on monthly bases
• Supporting & supervising all dealers’ PR activities & follow up by reports
• Coordinate& support other departments’ needs for Brand Image related events (employment fairs, corporate iftar & other internal events.
• Implementing customer relationship management projects (CRM), to enhance customer loyalty to the company
• Work closely with the advertising agency, media & press
• Develop & implementing the printing materials as events invitations, products brochures, posters, danglers & the promotional materials and giveaways of all Nissan Events and the new year giveaways.
• Assisting the Senior PR & communications manager in developing the annual marketing & communication plan
• Manage marketing department budget to ensure delivery of all marketing activities & events within the agreed budget
• Gathering & analyzing data to conduct competitive spending report and specify market share on a quarterly bases
• Taking part in planning and responsible for Implementing the marketing and advertising plan
• Taking responsibility for all the procedures of making any advertisement to the company
• Responsible for the website development
• Produce media analysis that measures the effectiveness of advertising plan
• Work closely with advertising agencies, publishers and photographers
• Making the kitchen’s styling in the kitchens shots
• Assisting the marketing manager in developing the marketing plan
• Develop and implement all marketing material including brochures, catalogs, posters, employees business cards, light boxes and new year giveaways
• Updating the company publications, light boxes and website with new products and contacts
• Assists in the exhibitions organization and providing it with all the printed materials
• Compose and edit administrative correspondence and documentation
• Follow up operational commitments
• Schedules appointments, coordinates meetings, travel arrangements
• Provides support activities as answering phones, review incoming and outgoing correspondence

• Researches information, replies to inquiries, selecting data from variety of sources
