• Manage and coordinate all appointments
• Ensure correct date entry and registration for the patient on the system
• Handling incoming and outgoing calls promptly and timely management of all enquiries
• Provide first stage of contact in resolving complaints and maintain official record of complaints
• General administration tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, printing and sorting/filing/sending forms.
• Handling payment from patients (cash, cards and insurance).
Accurately inputting information into databases (Citrix/Varetis).
• Ensuring that all data is accurate, up to date and useable.
• Updating systems to maintain the correct information.
• Updating, maintaining and retrieve data held on computer systems.
