Act as the first point of contact within People Benefits & Support (PB & S) to assist and provide solutions to colleagues’ inquiries and concerns in relation to their compensation and benefits as well as general HR related inquiries.
•Organize and sends communication related to PB & S to the concerned colleagues and departments.
•Provide administrative support to PB & S.
•Handles the request/query/clarification or even complaints about the following:
1.Medical Insurance
2.Company Letters and Salary Certificates
3. Education Allowance
4.Pension (For UAE Nationals only)
5. Gratuity
6.Payroll and Salary
7. Leave and Attendance
8.Probation
•Supports the Line Manager with facilitating the medical insurance renewal process.
•Manage the administration part of medical insurance and its related documentation for the organization.
•Create and review official PB & S memorandums for management approvals.
•Produce and maintain reports on the update and status of areas related to PB & S such as probation
tracking, medical insurance concerns and other relevant documentation.
•Recommend, update and amend PHD Policies & Procedures as required and ensure that all changes will be documented, registered within the Quality Management System, uploaded in the portal and communicated to all colleagues.
•Manage the Disciplinary proceedings and ensure confidentiality at all times.
Assists the Commercial Director and Executives (office administration, client correspondence, diary management, arranging travel).
•Assists the Commercial Director in the administration, issuance and/or distribution of contracts.
•Assists the Commercial Director and Executives by providing information and analysis, on an ad hoc basis, of commercial activity undertaken by the team.
•Organising and attending meetings with the Commercial Director and taking minutes.
•Deputising for the Commercial Executives during periods of leave as required.
•Undertaking research projects on programme and market information if required by the Commercial Director.
•Prepares and edits correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
•File and retrieve documents and reference materials
•Conduct research, collect and analyse data to prepare reports and documents
•Manages and maintain Executives' schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
•Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications
•Answer and manage incoming calls.
•Receive and interact with incoming visitors.
•Liaise with internal staff at all levels
•Interact with Service Providers.
•Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary.
